To all of my real estate professionals, I’ve created a perfect package for you! Your photoshoot includes; * 1 hour and 45 minutes of great vibes, endless fun and opportunities!  * You can shoot both in studio and on location.  * You can select a location of your choice including but not limited to residential or commercial listing you may have. * Must start in studio first, location second.  * To maximize content shooting at both locations is recommended but not required. * Unlimited outfits, raw images within the allotted time.  * 1 instagram content reel using high quality iPhone 13 video camera. Lighting included. * No more than 2 locations within the allotted time. Must be within 5 miles of each other or less. Please list the address of your first location in the required box. * Includes 3 FREE edits! Each additional edit $10 per edit. (Edits include, lite blemish removal, lighting adjustments crisp clean finish)  * Receive all raw images within 24 hours after shoot. Our raw image quality is top tier which allows for definite usable images.  * Edit turn around time 48 hours * Rushed same day edit $20 per edit.  * Private dressing area plus access to Lxve Media Conference room area.  * Looking for more consistent content? Cancelation Policy

If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason you can reach out by phone, text or email. If a deposit was paid it is non refundable however it can be transferred to any future dated service. You will have 48 hours to select a new date. Failure to do so will result in loss of the deposit. We understand life happens and we're here to support you 100%.
